DEKRA | Hochschule für Medien was presented in front of four European schools in Kempen

Dr. Petyo Budakov presented DEKRA | Hochschule für Medien during the first transnational meeting of the Erasmus co-funded project “Competence requirements for wholesalers and foreign traders in Europe”, on November 6-7, 2019, in Kempen, Germany.

Dr. Petyo Budakov presented DEKRA | Hochschule für Medien during the first transnational meeting of the Erasmus co-funded project “Competence requirements for wholesalers and foreign traders in Europe”, on November 6-7, 2019, in Kempen, Germany.

The meeting was kindly hosted by the Rhein-Maas Berufskolleg (Germany) and was joined by few high-quality European schools from Austria - LBS Theresienfeld, Lycée Professionnel Pierre Mendès (France), Šolski Center Ptuj (Slovenia) and Academy (Bulgaria).

DEKRA | Hochschule für Medien participates in ERASMUS+ program and supports students who want  to study, research or plan an internship aboard. Dr. Budakov exposed the learning programs offered by DEKRA | Hochschule für Medien. Furthermore, the participants became aware that the university is among the leaders in Germany by promoting tight relationships between students and progressive employers.

Dr. Budakov aired that: “DEKRA | Hochschule für Medien plays the role of a “bridge” between students, faculties and enterprises. Its unique learning strategy personalize the learning experience by motivating and engaging each student. Our university is very attractive for both – students who want to master a successful career into the Media industry and companies who can translate their brand challenges into creative briefs. By posting their briefs to our students, enterprises will narrow the gap between prospective employees. However, our learning strategy is unique by being focused on the highly-interactive form of interaction between faculties, students and companies in the regarded sector.”

During the meeting, Dr. Budakov exposed his observations which consider various problems of the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI). His performance manifested that creativity and innovation are locked in a close and intricate relationship, which underlies the interdependence between the CCI and the digital economy.
As an expert in the Blended learning & E-learning, Dr. Budakov also introduced the audience with his latest findings which concerns development of possible adaptive learning experience that could be promoted by the Erasmus + co-funded European project “CreatINNES” based on some preliminary made hypothesis through its future course management system (CMS), called CreatINNES Academy.

Dr. Budakov aired that: “Blended learning is an innovative concept that embraces the advantages of both traditional teaching in the classroom and interactive learning including both offline and online learning.”

In addition, Petyo presented the latest research and initiatives, executed by Prof. Dr. Michael Beuthner, Prof. Dr. Udo Bomnüter and Prof. Franka Futterlieb from DEKRA | Hochschule für Medien. Dr. Budakov outlined some of the best student projects as well as illustrating what kind of competitive skills the learners obtain
